You can contact Regenesys Support in 3 different ways:
In each case we will try to get back to you as soon as we can to tell you we have either fixed your problem, we are working on it and estimate when it will be fixed or to discuss your problem and hopefully offer solutions!
Our support system logs all support queries and problems so that we can track how we are doing in responding to you. Generally you will be given a RSS number either by email or over the phone so that you can also track progress on sorting out your support issue.
