For Southwark News the Atia Web Management System has been used to present a content rich site that mirrors where possible the look and feel of the Southwark News newspaper. The content managment system had to be robust enough to cope with a fast and frequent upload of content being put onto the site every week by journalists and advertisers.

Blogger

Akin to the standard blog applications found on any social networking web sites e.g. Blogger (http://www.blogger.com).  Blogs often provide commentary or news on a particular subject, such as food, politics, or local news; some blogs function as more personal online diaries. A typical blog combines text, images, and links to other blogs, web pages, and other media related topics.

The blogs module also has the ability for readers to leave comments in an interactive format about a blog and these comments can be moderated or un-moderated by the blog author.
